Radius Episode 45: Alyssa Moxley

Live Performance & Broadcast: November 13 at 4pm // Broadcasts: November 20 & 25 at 6pm

For Infinity = Zero, Alyssa Moxley produces the conditions for radio listeners to derive meaning from senseless cacophonies as they walk the halls and navigate obscure corners, stairwells, and archives of 37 South Wabash, Chicago. The Joan Flasch Artist Book Collection hosts this live, participatory radio work inspired by Jorge Luis Borges’ story “The Library of Babel,” where the world is made up of an infinite network of hexagonal libraries in which librarians quest for a library containing books of small format, illustrated, magical, and containing revelatory insight.
